LOL, yes i pretty much shaved the bridegroom's hair because he made a promise to God that on the day of his wedding he would shave his hair...and i had the privilege to do it! hahahahah...
and while doing it i couldnt resist having fun at it!!! =P

we had a great time there and even went to Belem for the day...it i was an interesting day as we went riding around all over on the city trying to get to a certain park and then come to find out it was closed!! =( any way, if you ever go to Belem dont go on Monday, because the park's and zoos are closed... ;)

Well, when lolly and i got back from the trip we had a few days to paint my room and mom and dad's room...well i couldnt decide on the colors and so i (with the help of lolly) decided on the color orange...=) and here are some pictures with mom and dad seeing it for the first time when the got it...=D

and dad too...;)Well, with the blessing of dad we painted their room too...and on the day of there arrival we painted it....later we find out that the paint we got wasnt the right paint and and it didnt paint the walls right because it is some other type of base paint so we couldnt get it finished but here is mom and dad with their first view of their newly painted room...=)

eheh, i was naughty and my brothers got after me for not digging through mom and dad's bags...i was excited and wanted to see what they brought for us...after a big dave looks at me and says 'denis is having the most fun'......ahhahahah...and i truly had fun digging through mom and dad's bags..=)

Lolly got a new camera...=) also, dave and rau got one, mom and dad has one now and i told everyone...you all have to take care of your own pictures....=P because i was the one who would keep the pictures organized and kept in order....and now i have to teach everyone how it to do the pictures right so i dont have to 'clean up after everyone'.....---------------------
Ok, the day after mom and dad got in we went to the village for a wedding....the pictures of the wedding arent on here but there are some changes going on which you will know about in a min...=)
a shot i took of the sky...skys are hazy most of the time with a lot of burning going on...
well, the last piece of the road is being prepared to be paved....soon we will not have any more dirt road to go over...except when we go in the jungle...i am a little sad at the change..

now we dont recognize any of the road in many places...sometimes i didnt wouldnt have known where we were if i wasnt paying attention...because the took about 2 to 3 meters out on both sides of the road...

for those of you who have been on this road...this is the last stretch before you turn to go into the village...at the bottom on the left is the man made lake...it is dried up right now....
at the top of the hill is the turn off to the village...
