...Arcata Mission Trip...

Hey All!!
Wow it has been a while since I last updated and 3 months have gone by since I have done so! Just last week I went on a mission trip and I went ahead and got a camera so I can capture images that I will never be able to capture again...I went to Arcata, CA. On the coastline about 3 hours west of Redding and got to see the Pacific Ocean for the first time! It was an incredible trip and the people there are sooo awesome!
We went through a lot of moutnains and got to see a lot of beautiful views! I had a hard time cutting down on what to put in and what to leave out!!
....a curvy ride it was!! wow! i was so quite abit behind on reading so i took advantage to read and the people in the back seat couldnt understand how i could read going 40 mph on the sharp curves...lol!
we stopped in Weiverville for a quick break...a small town where Pastor Bill pastored before pastoring Bethel...
the PACIFIC coast!! Yiiiihaaaa....
a little pier...
it was soo beautful!
crab catcher...
it was sooo cold!
and windy too!!
when I left Redding I thought to myself, 'i am going to run barefoot on the beach!!' LOL...well when i got there i decided not to...eheeheh
.............
The church was a small church of less than 50 people....we where able to minister to them and give lots of words of encouragement and go out on the streets to evangalize...
I was sooo blessed just by being there and remember what it is like back home when people come visit us and how we are so refreshed afterwards!
they people there are so warm, open and hungry for God...
some of the awesome people i met!
the town of arcata reminded me of the town where my brother Darel is pastoring in southern Brazil....
Our team with a group from the Church on our last day...what an awesome time we had but it was sooo short... =/ but an unforgetable trip too!

over the night it snowed, rain and hailed! so going back over the mountians we got a beautiful view!
.....
.....
it was really breath taking in some places!
well to finish up the last leg of the adventure...from the church to my house the ride i got with one of the team member's tire went flat and the spare was flat too!! LOL, so we started to walk to the gas station and someone stopped to give us a ride and back...

Well, since i last updated I have gotten a job at beekeeping and I will soon take some pictures of where I work and post more pictures!!

Blessings!
